Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall content planning and creation across Rednote (Little Red Book), Video Channels, Official WeChat Accounts, official website, and other platforms. Continuously develop viral posts aligned with user interests to enhance brand market influence.
2. Track, analyze, and optimize operational data. Monitor account performance metrics, analyze user and market feedback/trends, and refine content strategies to improve conversion rates.
3. Manage offline channel operations, including organizing free lectures, public lectures, and other creative initiatives to consistently strengthen brand awareness and reputation.
